Futsal News: Spring Youth & Adult Futsal League Info:

2010 Winter II Youth Academies Below is the next round of youth academies led by head coach Trevor Tharp (18:1 ratio). Focus on individual skills: shooting, passing, trapping, defending and game strategy. The academies consist of eight 90-minute classes (one per week) and cost $150 per child. Beginner Academy (ages 6 – 10): Tuesdays, 3:30pm – 5pm 2/16, 2/23, 3/2, 3/9, 3/16, 3/30, 4/6, 4/13 (Beg. Acad. registration closes on 2/12 or earlier if we fill) Intermediate Academy (ages 8 -12): Fridays, 4pm – 5:30pm 2/19, 2/26, 3/5, 3/12, 3/19, 4/2, 4/9, 4/16 (Intm. Acad. registration closes on 2/16 or earlier if we fill as we only have 2 spots left!) Advanced Academy (ages 10 - 14): Fridays, 5:30pm – 7pm 2/19, 2/26, 3/5, 3/12, 3/19, 4/2, 4/9, 4/16 (Adv. Acad. registration closes on 2/16 or earlier if we fill) Register at front desk TODAY (slip under front door if closed)! Forms can also be found at www.portlandfutsal.com. SPRING YOUTH & ADULT LEAGUE REGISTRATION INFO: SPRING YOUTH LEAGUE STARTS MARCH 13/14. Registration for U7 - U14 teams closes on March 7 @ 2pm. Possible Game Dates: March 13,14; April 3,10,11,17,18,24,25; May 1,2,8,15,16. Cost = $495 per team (U9-U14); $295 per team (U7 & U8). We will accommodate outdoor soccer tryout conflicts for May 8. To register, drop off form at PF (or slip under front door inside envelope) or mail to address provided on reg form with $100 non-refundable deposit. OPEN PLAY SCHEDULE (Jan. 22 - Mar. 12) Adults = Fridays 8 - 10pm Youth/Families = Fridays 7pm - 8pm $10 for two-hour adult open plays, $5 for one-hour youth/family open play.
